This company was such a blessing! I placed an order for some candy from them, and they confirmed the order. Then I immediately contacted them and asked that they please send my candy to my temporary home because we have been displaced due to Hurricane Harvey for over a year. I was afraid they would be concerned about the different shipping address, so I sent them a photo of our destroyed house and possessions that showed our also ruined mailbox in front of stacked high trash (a whole yard full). I am used to God blessing us in spite of bad situations, but I was totally amazed when they immediately canceled my order and advised me they would be shipping my order entirely free!!! I had ordered around $30 worth of candy!!! (Yeah, I know, this last year's challenges had definitely turned us into stress eaters!) What made it even more amazing was this surprise occurred the day we had to fire our original contractor after finding out nearly all his work would have to be redone due to extremely shoddy and incorrectly done work--we were broken hearted until I sat down that night to read my email and was gently reminded God is in control and cares.
This was my first transaction with this company, and I was shocked by their generosity and thoughtfulness! I had felt guilty ordering $30 worth of candy, but I knew it lifted our spirits at night to have a snack before we went to bed. It also lifted our spirits because it came EXACTLY when God wanted to remind us He cares about what we are going through.
So, I want to state that my candy was the best quality (Necco Banana Spilt Chews and Jelly Belly Very Cherry), the best price, and extremely fast shipping, but I must also admit that the compassion, integrity, and professionalism of this company is above any I have ever seen. I highly recommend...

Site is fine & easily navigable. Prices are very reasonable. Plus, and this is a big one for me: The money doesn’t go to Jeff Bezos a.k.a. Amazon! I don’t mind paying a couple extra bucks to end his hold on this country. Very quick shipping. I ordered the 5# of assorted individually wrapped toffees & I highly recommend them.
My only complaint was with the pitiable “frozen” pack that is supposed to keep your candy from melting in shipment. 🤣 They need to tell you it’s the size of a postage stamp.
I placed my first-time order with Candy Nation near the end of a fairly hot September. They offer a frozen pack to keep candy cool during shipment for $1.20. (You get what you pay for.) My package left PA on 09/26 & arrived in OK on 09/28, but the teeny tiny “frozen” pack thrown in on top was defrosted & HOT while the candy at the very bottom of the FedEx package was in fine condition. The paper packing slip, which was right next to the “frozen” pack, was not even cool or damp. It just chaps me. That’s all.
There are so many pros to this company & just the one irritant that I went back to their website & created an account. I will be a returning customer. I also update my reviews, so check back!

   Read moreI ordered 3 lbs of chocolate boulders, they arrived in very poor condition, almost all the "rock" coating was off and in a pile in the bottom of the bag. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped another order. Unfortunately they arrived in just as poor condition as the 1st order. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Update: I will add that I received a refund. However the emails I received from them put me down for giving this bad review and I was asked to remove it as it hurts their small business and it isn't fair to them. I suggested that maybe they should consider not making the chocolate boulders a shipped item. They told me they edited their site to say they may arrive slightly chipped. Slightly chipped is not the condition my orders arrived. I understand problems happen and that is why I waited until after my 2nd order arrived before writing the 1st review. I feel a 2nd chance was to be given. Then when no additional effort or change was put into how the 2nd order was packed I wasnt going to wait for a 3rd attempt.
