What an experience! Have you ever wanted to sit at a chef's table in a restaurant or thought, I wish I could cook this well after finishing a meal? Well this was the best of both worlds. My fiancée and I joined LCF's paella cooking class for a date night and I have to admit I was a little hesitant. Given that my level of cooking expertise stops at grilled cheese, I'm thinking that I would be going into this looking like a fish out of water. Luckily the LCF team has this entire process down to a science. Things were prepped ahead of time, explanations were clear and concise, and at no point did the chef ever take her eyes off each group and how the food was progressing. Honestly, I never once feel lost or worried that I ruined date night, which as I said... was a concern of mine coming in.
As for the food itself, it was delicious, multiple courses created and you have a hand in each of them. The paella itself would have been sufficient to serve both of us, so I can promise you won't be leaving the class hungry. This was a perfect date night that allowed us to relax and enjoy good food, great company, and decompress. We are getting married in less than 3 weeks and truly left this date night feeling relaxed and happy.
Overall, I would have to give the whole experience 5-stars and I will be on their website checking out...
Read moreHad a fabulous dinner at Let's Cultivate Food for my mom's birthday! It was the 7-course Private Chef Dinner in their studio. I mean, they really went out of their way to make it so very special! It was my mom, me and my three brothers! Everything was super clean which was especially important given COVID-19. They had protocols in place to make sure we were all protected. Now to the best part, THE FOOD! Unbelievably delicious! I like to think I'm a pretty picky eater but everything I ate was picked clean! We enjoyed the French Fair 7-course meal option comprised of Baked scallops w. sauteed mushrooms, onions & parmesan & mozzarella cheese (first course), French onion soup w. a cheesy crusty bread(third course), and Pan seared salmon w. butter herb sauce (6th course) to name a few. And if you couldn't top that, the Creme Brulee style cheesecake w. a berry medley sauce (interactive - torch your own) desert was not only delish, but it was fun! Who says you can't play with your food! Truly amazing meal, service, and a great time spent with the family! I highly recommend them! I can't wait to do it again! Read moreI used Let's Cultivate Food for a Private Chef dinner at our house. The dinner was a surprise for my wife's 36th birthday. Through the whole process, (inquiry, date confirmation, menu selection, questions, final details, dinner, etc.) LCF was AMAZING and stress free!! I cannot say enough great things about Yoon and Mike and how awesome the experience was. I had to make sure it was a surprise and they were extra careful coming in and setting up quietly while she was upstairs getting ready for a night out. The whole meal was INCREDIBLY delicious and cooked just right. They brought customized menu's with my wife's name on it and made us a delicious green tea drink as a bonus. The system they have in place of cooking and serving was awesome and I really felt like the night was special. Maybe something that is overlooked is how nice it was to have the house left literally exactly how it was found. Everything washed, cleaned and like they were never even there. Did I mention how incredible the food was!?
I really cannot day enough good things about LCF and I will definitely be using them in the future for cooking classes and hopefully more special...
