This Giant has very helpful employees - but they've definitely been lax about keeping the number of customers to a limit at peak hours during the holidays. It's not a large store and I've had to avoid certain isles because people are jammed in like sardines. I've also noticed the cleansing of carts is sporadic. Just like the Giant on West Chester Pike they hardly have anything. They do not have any cat food at either stores if you can believe that. Both of them have gone downhill big time. Some of this stuff I just order online from other places. It's really ridiculous. Most of the people are very nice however. If you can go to a different Giant, do it. They're consistently out of everything. Lots of local residents from Hershey's Mill can really only access this store, so it struggles to keep up with demand on most things (even before the pandemic). Most often out of seltzer water, baking goods, spices, paper goods, cleaning supplies.
