We cannot recommend Tricia enough. We decided to put our house on the market in early March 2020. When we met with Tricia, she walked us through the process, provided us a timeline of how to get our house ready for Market, and kept us on schedule so we could be ready to show our house. Tricia also helped us determine how much to list our house. She has extensive knowledge of our area, and made sure that it was perfectly listed to attract as many buyers as possible. Once our house was listed on the market, we had two days of the open house we had multiple, written, above asking offers. What made Tricia stand out was that all of what she did for us took place right before the pandemic took place and "stay-at-home" orders were issued. Tricia was our agent when we bought our first ever house and we couldn’t be happier with all her help. We found the house on Zillow, were immediately connected to her and she was able to schedule a showing on the same day. When we met her for the first time and all other times she always arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. We liked the house right away and wanted to put in an offer but weren’t preapproved. But that wasn’t a problem because Tricia also proceeded to connect us with a great loan officer that same day who was able to get us preapproved that same night.
