Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Wrap That! I recently brought my plumbing company’s van in to have it wrapped, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Mike, who handled my project, was incredibly responsive and professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and since I came in with my own van wrap design, I wasn’t sure how seamless the process would be. But Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable and made everything so easy. He explained all the details, from materials to the wrapping process, which really put me at ease.

Expertly done, high quality materials, and satisfaction guaranteed. It was a longtime dream of mine to have a purple car. I spent a lot of time researching and came across Wrap That. They answered all of my questions on the phone leading up to my appointment and it gave me the confidence I needed to bring my car in. There were no surprises, my car was done in 4 days I believe, only having to wait about 2 weeks for the appointment (based on season).

They went above and beyond for me when I encountered an issue. After the first few days, the wrap started to “finger” on the edges of my mirrors and I sent them photos right away because they warranty the wrap, call and ask for details. They got me in asap and redid both mirrors and they finished the edges with what made it look like a factory finish. I’m very happy with the results, see photos. I had a great experience with Wrap That. Mike and his team are awesome at what they do. I asked Mike for help with blacking out our new Kia Telluride. Since this is the first time I wrapped a car and my first time even learning about the process, I had a lot of follow up questions. Mike could not have been more patient.

His team did a beautiful job and now we think the look of the car is perfect. When I called back because I was unsure of if we had agreed to do a small additional part (back badging), Mike was understanding and said they'll take care of it, no problem. Many other business owners would respond with "we spoke about this" or saying they are too busy.
