Covid Maybe!? First and last time delivering here. Showed up on 3-3-21 to see if they would take delivery. When I pulled up to the guard shack, the guard came out to take info while I stayed in my truck. As he is checking me in he paused and says sorry I haven't been feeling well and that maybe he should have stayed home. Then he begins throwing up next to my truck. 4 times as he is directing me around to shipping office. Then he says let me try to make it back to the shack. While throwing up another 2 times. Shipping tells me that my appointment isn't until the next day and they would not be able to unload me until then since receiving closes at 3pm.

Day 2. Show up, different guard, check in with no one ahead of me. Awesome....NOT.... Checked in at 08:48, put in dock at 10:13. Truck shows up after the truck next to me leaves and unloads him. Along with 3 trailers they yard dog dropped next to me. Starts unload at 12:30. Over 4 hours for simple unload with no one...

Out in the middle of nowhere, NC, poor cell reception BUT has tons of space for truckers to park, you can park on site directly in front of the dock doors with plenty of room for the drivers backing into docks as well as the yard dogs to move around. Two port-a-potty’s right outside the shipping office to use the restroom, and even if you have an appointment, if you arrive early, they’ll take you early if there’s room or someone doesn’t arrive on time, so it’s possible to get loaded/unloaded before your appointment time. I read all reviews and expected a long wait but... I arrived a little after 1100 for a 1900 live load appointment. The girl at the guard shack was friendly and helpful. The people I dealt with at shipping office were polite and helpful. Put me in a dock right away. Had me loaded in under 2 hrs. The load was only 10,000 lbs! Place was easy to find. Parking lot had plenty of room to maneuver. They offer over night parking if you need it... I told the man in shipping office of bad reviews on google with complaints of long waits and he replied they had "changed their system" last year and it made things crazy for a while but now things are back to normal.
