Wasn't happy with Marvel but now I am. I had 15 motorized shades and one stationary shade installed in 2016. So far the stationary shade has broken 3 times. Marvel came out in the past, but now I had to bring it to them. They sent it back to Hunter Douglas. All shades are Hunter Douglas. Trying to find out about the status of my shade has been a problem. I have called and emailed to no avail. Shade was supposed to be ready last Saturday or Monday. Nothing yet. All this to the tune of $70 for repair. Product didn't last 10 years. Don't know who to blame, Hunter Douglas or Marvel but I am really frustrated. UPDATE: Hopefully, my shade is now installed correctly and will not break again. Megan, the owner, reached out after this post and got the Hunter Douglas fees taken care of. She also expediated the repair. I brought it in in early September. After two visits from her installer, (Hunter Douglas repaired the shade rail but did not include the top bracket that was broken) all the correct parts are now in place and my shade works fine.
