I'll try to keep it short. I shipped my 94 HVAC parts via USPS 2-day priority and a week later still not delivered. I gave Bryan the tracking number and he went to the two close USPS offices, found the parts and picked them up. I talked to Bryan once on the phone and multiple emails back and forth while trying to find the parts. Great guy to work with. Three business days later both were rebuilt and ready to be paid for and shipped back. The cost to have both rebuilt was cheaper than buying one used part and getting who knows what. Batee.com sells just the parts and has "how to" videos if you want to fix it yourself. I figured the cost is very fair so have the pros do the repair. This business really cares about their customers. Thanks...
Read moreRepaired my 1988 HVAC climate control. Work was done quickly and was shipped back within a week. Average repair price is currently $275. For anyone that says "thats a lot" I would reply that they have taken their time to film and upload on youtube a complete walkthrough instructions to repair yourself if you choose. They are not hiding anything. There are no aftermarket climate controls being made. Their price is fair to have a properly working HVAC control. The only other option is to buy another one online that the seller "claims" to work properly. Those ones average $400 plus. My advise...send to Batee for repair, you get a warranty on the work...
