I simply cannot say enough great things about "Furniture From the Barn". The entire experience, from end-to-end, was spectacular. Customer service, product offering, customization, shipping ... everything is just first-rate with this company.

I had been looking for a very specific set of criteria in a bookcase, and had been looking for weeks on end. I must have looked at 100 websites and 1000 bookcases, but could not find exactly what I was looking for. On my last day of searching, I came across "Furniture From the Barn", and I was amazed that I did not find them sooner. They really deserve much more publicity, and much more attention for people looking for beautifully made furniture.

Kelly contacted me within one hour after sending them an email request. My initial conversation with her was so thorough, so professional and courteous, it was like I was being treated as a long time customer returning for more! Kelly listened very carefully to my specifications, and really worked with me to make sure that I would be getting exactly what I wanted. Not only that, but they sent me lots of pictures to discuss possible design and color decisions. In the end, what they delivered exceeded my expectations.

To put this all in perspective, I live on the opposite side of the country and could not be happier with my bookcase. Getting it shipped 3000 miles was worth the wait, no doubt about it

Dear Kelly, Michael, and Team….

We got our table delivered tonight and it is just truly amazing. We moved into this house a year and a half ago, from a tiny row home in the city, to a big house in the suburbs. I had three things on my immediate “move-in” wish list- one being a great big table to create wonderful family memories. Needless to say the search took a long, long, time and I was just about to settle for an “ordinary” table- when luckily my husband found your company.

You listened to what we wanted, you were patient with my ridiculous details, and took the concept picture we had and made it even better than we could ever imagine.

The table base is exactly what I wanted. The proportions are perfect. Each plank of the wood top has such incredible, unique character, yet the way you put them together is seamless. Andy loves the worm holes and the charm of the reclaimed Chestnut wood. I love absolutely everything about this table, and its silly, but I really love grain of the angled pieces of the table base.

Please tell your team that their efforts are much appreciated, respected, and that all of you have provided my family with an amazing piece of furniture that will be creating memories for a lifetime.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kelly and her team at Furniture from the Barn. We discovered Furniture from the Barn when looking for a kitchen table for a uniquely-sized space. Furniture from the Barn created a completely custom table that fits perfectly in our space. Kelly was wonderful with helping to select stains and a complementary milk paint for the legs as well as leg and table style. We turned to Furniture from the Barn again when we needed a console table for our entryway. Kelly helped us custom design a table that bridged the style from the kitchen table to our existing living room furniture, even helping us find an awesome drawer pull. More recently we asked Furniture from the Barn to create a custom armoire. We sent Kelly photos of some armoires that we liked, but were much too large for our space. Kelly worked with those photos and the bedroom furniture we had selected to create a two-tone stained armoire that was reminiscent of the photos while perfectly blending into the bedroom furniture we selected. Kelly worked with us throughout the process, even sending pictures of some initial staining and working to adjust the colors to get just the right look.
