Wawa — Local services in East Pennsboro Township

The prospect of a Wawa (or any convenience store with made to order food) was exciting for us living in Summerdale. However, after giving them a few months, nothing has improved since opening. Everytime I come in to order food, the wait time is absurd.

In December I waited 33 minutes for a cheese pizza, I was annoyed but understood because they were slightly busy. Tonight I ordered a turkey panini. There were two other people in the store (more total people working behind the food counter). I waited 14 minutes. The lady seemed to put one item on at a time, then walk back to another counter, then walk back to the food counter. Walking as slowly as possible the entire time and having a full fledged conversation the entire time with another worker who was doing god knows what.

I’ve been to several WaWa’s in my time and none of them have a wait time like this one, all while having way more customers as well. I’ve never seen a manager here doing anything that seemed urgent. In fact most of the time I’ve seen workers who were off the clock or on lunch hanging out cracking jokes to the ones behind...

This the best Wawa's in all of Pennsylvania hands down! The food and drinks are super tasty! They tons of fuel pumps, Tesla charging stations, free air pumps (2), propane, a bags of ice! I LOVE 💕 the staff here because they are helpful, friendly, and make me feel like a vip every time I walk in! The store and restrooms are always clean! The best thing is that you get that same service no matter what time of day or night!! ❤️ Jim and Justin ( managers) are such awesome managers! I would be amiss if I didn't call out the other super stars that work there... Zack, Allen, Andrew, Curtis, Chu, Sabreen, Justin W, Kay, Julie, Courtney, Jonathan, Reggie, Hoshi, Will, Baron, and Tahya! If you don't have the best convenience store experience here, then I'm convinced the problem is YOU not the staff! They have community that loves and supports them 1000% OAN.. this is a free review, I am not sponsored in anyway!...

It's about 11am and i felt like having some breakfast so i decided to go to wawa since its been a minute. Now ill say one thing there pretzels are awesome and still are, nice and soft and salted well. I got a bacon egg and cheese panini with peppers and tomatos. The food was real good but theres only one problem....I CANT GET FRIES UNTIL 4PM. What the hell is that? If i want fries at lunch time cant get it if i want a burger at lunch time cant get it...BUT DONT WORRY IF I WANT A SIDE OF MEATBALLS OR MAC AND CHEESE WITH MY EGG SANDWICH I CAN GET THAT. Whomevers idea was that should be fired... THAT IS THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEARD. Ill end this by saying if im craving a wawa pretzel ill go to wawa but if i want some food OR SOME DAMN FRIES ill go to sheetz there food and...
