German-Bliss Equipment Inc. — Local services in East Peoria

I was looking at Kubota tractors just a few weeks ago. Ready to buy I came in and asked a fair number of questions, unfortunately I never really felt like the salesman really cared about my questions or making a sale. I had toyed with the idea in 2010 but never pulled the trigger, and my experience at that time was the same, I had assumed it was a fluke so I came back in again. I value customer service very highly and this did not meet my standard. I got a recommendation from a friend to talk to an implement dealer in Flanagan IL (same distance from me as the EP location of German Bliss but opposite direction) who represents a different brand that competes with Kubota. I ended up buying from the Flanagan dealer. While I think I got a better deal there too, I really feel like the customer service was what made the sale. Sorry German Bliss that you lost a sale, I hope that the rest of your team meets a higher standard of service! I just wont spend $15K on an investment if I'm not 100% sure that the company will provide me good service should I encounter...

I cannot say enough good things about German Bliss in East Peoria. When our 28 year old 4x6 gave up the ghost, I started a hunt for a new utility vehicle. In today's market, that is like searching for a unicorn. Having visited other dealerships in the area (not Kubota) and being ignored when I walked onto the sales floor, I was unsure of what was ahead of me. (In one case a salesman asked me if he could speak to my husband instead of me.) My fears were unfounded. At German Bliss, I was welcomed. I went to Peoria farm show in November of 2021 looking for a tractor for my family farm. I went looking for a tractor and but I found something more than a tractor. I found a friend that I could call on to help me with needs for my family farm and be helpful at answering my questions. Jacob Irish has stayed with me every step of the way even delivering the tractor himself to my driveway. Now I won’t go threw all the trials and tribulations it took for Jacob to get this tractor but he kept me informed. I know with all of the supply chain issues Jacob I’m sure loss a lot of sleep but he has more than done his job and that’s why I would call on him again and again to find what I need!
