AT&T Store — Local services in East San Gabriel

Terrible customer service in this store. Avoid it. They only want new customers out of whom they can make money.

My family and I went to the store wanting to switch from a post paid plan to a prepaid program, they told us they couldn’t do it in that particular store and the switch must be done online or at an “operation center.” So we asked them to check for the nearest “operation center” as we were in a rush to make the switch. They refused to do the check or provide any further information. This store is only there to make money out of new customers who have to rely on Chinese-language service.

We had a great experience adding a new line to my account as well as doing our trade in for new device. Frank the manager was so helpful and the other young ladies working there were very friendly as well upon arriving we were greeted and helped out immediately. The manager Frank arrived and started helping us process the trade in for our device! He is very knowledgeable and provided a great service made the whole process such a pleasant experience for us!
