Depot Connect International (Quala) — Local services in East St. Louis

Quala / DCI / whatever you call yourself next week. Stop screwing up the good tankwashes, first you take away the kitchen, now the hotdogs, what's next the laundry, the driver showers, maybe the coffee? Only asking cause everything cost money. Respect the drivers who bring you your business. This facility used to be THE BEST in the industry, why? because they cared about their clients, the drivers! Now it's just another tank wash. P.S. the employees that run these facilities are your backbone, treat them better, pay them more, they deserve it. Don't know where to get the extra money, fire the pencil pushers and accounting staff in the corporate office who apparently are not worth a pluck nickle, getting rid of the little extras for drivers that make them feel appreciated, Case in point! This is not the only facility you have pulled this BS, no not boy scouts you know what I mean, at and it's getting old. Why should I come here, why not express or a private facility, why did I drive 100 miles out of route just to be disappointed by Quala again, that's what I am asking myself right now because of this...

I remember the first time I set foot on the ground at TTC in East St Louis 20+ years ago; I was amazed by the cleanliness of the facility and the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and professional attitude of the personnel; not only those in the office but those on the wash rack, as well.

A lot of facilities begin with a nice new facility and after x-number of years all you find is a rusting hulk of a building with nasty bays you don’t want to walk in and a facility you don’t want to enter; either bathroom or office.

However, those responsible for the inception and maintenance of TTC have done an excellent job of maintaining and improving a facility that you always enjoy patronizing; and the quality of their work is unsurpassed.

TTC, without doubt has no equal in the tanker cleaning business.

Don't know what i'd do without these guys...... Nicer and cleaner than any other quala I've ever been to. Huge parking lot lots of space. At least 10 steam ports. A freak snowstorm, stranded me here for a couple days. their pipes were frozen. And I had to park my Truck and trailer and get in line. But the driver room was nice and warm.. With a separate kitchen area loaded with free hot dogs and drinks such as lemonamed, coolant and coffee.. Vending machines available. Also brand new washer dryer if you need to do some laundry.. Showers are immaculate, bathrooms are clean. Didn't Miss A football game.. Great...
