Squilchuck Market — Local services in East Wenatchee

My family stopped here to get some snacks and ice for a picnic. I asked to use the restroom for my 6 year old daughter and myself (I am currently 7 months pregnant). She told me they do not have a public restroom. I understand if they do not allow non-paying customers to use their restroom, however I am a paying customer, pregnant and have a little girl that needed to use the restroom and we were told flat out NO. This is absolutly deplorable to treat someone like this. ESSPECIALLY a pregnant woman and a 6 year old little girl, not to mention, a paying customer. To the owner- maybe you should teach your employees some understanding, compassion and flexibility. Just awful customer service. It is so sad people feel the need to be jerks...

THE CASHIER THIS MORNING WAS VERY RUDE!! MY STUFF DID NOT FIT INTO ONE BAG SO I ASKED FOR ANOTHER AND SHE SAID IT WILL COST ME 9 CENTS. MINDING YOU, I DID PAY WITH FOODSTAMPS, SHE SAID I ONLY GET ONE BAG FREE WITH EBT AND TOLD ME TO BLAME THE STATE FOR IT. I WALKED HOME JUGGLING MY FOOD CAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A BAG FOR IT. THE HEAVY SET BLONDE U GOT WORKING THE REGISTER NEEDS TO TAKE CLASSES OR BE TRAINED BETTER ON HOW TO GIVE THE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IM NEVER GOING TO THAT...

I often frequent this little store. It's in Weatchee's Southend of town just @ the bottom of Mission Ridge. It's a quaint little store with friendly & helpful employees always eager 2 assist or just chat & ALWAYS with a smike.They've always got a fresh pot of hot coffee or a cold fountain drink. Stop on in sometime. They open by 5:30am & close by 10pm.....
