Philadelphia Memorial Park — Local services in East Whiteland Township

I am sad to post this review since my original impression of the park was so peaceful and welcoming but felt like used car dealer with constant and repeated follow ups. When I did finally reach out to them when my husband was in Hospice was on hold forever and when someone finally picked up the 1st comment was you know the prices have gone up so much for compassion and understanding. There were other comments I found very upsetting and knew in my heart would absolutely never deal with them again. To further prove my point when they did reach out about 2 weeks later and I told them my experience on June 13th the day my husband passed not so much as an apology or sorry...

After the service, we experienced a significant delay in assistance for placing my husband’s urn into the ground. Despite our waiting and expectations for professional assistance, no one from the cemetery staff was available to help us at the crucial moment. Consequently, in the absence of the grounds crew, my son was compelled to place his father’s urn in the ground himself. This was not only emotionally taxing but also far from the respectful and dignified process we were promised...

My father is buried there..he was the best human. I have ever met and I have the blessing to call him my DAD! He was in WW2.. he was on a ship called the. Medusa..I have all the letters that he wrote his girlfriend,and he came home got married to hen she turned into my mother ❣️🙏🏼💓they are together forever now I feel the are both at peace! Ty for this memorial...
