Masha'Allah, I am updating my review as I have just ordered prayer rugs from Al Hannah. The customer service is EXCELLENT! The prices are wonderful for the quality and durability of the rugs. Today, I spoke with Mr. Ahmed, as he called to let me know that one of the two rugs I had ordered was the last one in stock and had a weaving defect from the manufacturer. As such, he could not in good conscience send it to a customer. We decided on a replacement, and he added my choice of perfume oil for the inconvenience too. I am very please with the kindness and customer service here. Be sure to call, Mr. Ahmed is very friendly and helpful. Also, earlier this year for Ramadan, I ordered ZamZam water and specifically requested that not a drop be spilled. The water was packaged so carefully individually that indeed every bottle came through USPS intact and without a drop spilling. SubhanAllah! Al Hannah is also a place where I purchased sugar wax and lotas during the pandemic, and is a reliable and wonderful source for all your Islamic needs. At Alhannah Islamic clothing store i have always had an amazing experience they have great choices at very affordable prices in fact they are far more cheaper than many other places and good quality products too i have also purchased Islamic swimwear for ladies awesome material..... and the Brother who runs the store is a very decent ,honest Businessman....this time his son was at the store in his absence such well mannered people...Alhamdullila...all in all have always had a great experience here....very patient, sincere, honest business in fact this time i boughtan Abaya and a thobe for a gift ..but when i got home it had a broken button i exchangedafter a week and yet no qualms about it Brother Ahmed.. immediately gave me a new piece actually even better than before and its actually beautiful......they have very affordable pricingand offer discounts too... I ordered soaps, (baby soap and eygptian musk), both were were amazing, fragrant, lathered well and delicate on the skin. However the superior egyptian musk perfume oil was a waste of money. Its nearly impossible for the oil to come out of the roller and nothing superior about the fragrance, barely there and not long lasting as advertised. Will reorder the soap. 12/05/2024 REVISED REVIEW. the company has since reached out to me with apologies and ways to make the situation right. They quickly sent me a new bottle wich works perfectly and smells awesome along with some tester fragrances. The black oud is a MUST HAVE FOR THIS WINTER.
