Flower Power Farm — Local services in East Windsor

I really do love this place but the result of my last visit stunk. I don’t know a lot about flowers so I always ask questions about care etc. In their big front greenhouse they had 10” pots with a green plant with hanging flowers called hardy fuchsia. They were pretty and I needed four matching plants. They had exactly four left.

I noticed the stems inside (they drape over the side) were brownish so I went into the cabin and asked my usual questions and if the brownish stems meant they were dying. I was told they were not. Two weeks later they were dead. I followed the instructions I was given by the staff which didn’t work, called for more advice and even tried more water, sun, shade, both etc but nothing worked. 60 bucks down the toilet in technically less...

Was excited to visit. Great selection. Prices are ok. Some things are incredibly high, other things are semi-reasonable. Lot of plants were not in good shape and likely shouldn't even be sold at this point. My biggest complaint is the advertised price is not what you pay. There is an extra 4% added on if you don't pay in cash and a 4% customer service fee tacked on to your purchase at the register. I've seen discounts for cash payments never an up charge and I have never seen someone tack on an extra 4% for customer service..... especially when we had trouble finding anyone that worked there and they don't even have a bathroom. We knew about the 4% for anything but cash but didn't find out about the customer fee until the register. ...

Just had the worst experience :( The 50% off sale is over, which is fine except now they've stopped watering their plants and they're all wilted let alone full price? There were two people in the cash register barn one was off checking a price in the greenhouse while I waited in line and the other was sitting on the counter just hanging around. Nobody greeted me asked if I needed help with anything and at the counter didn't ask if I found everything all right. It took this one experience to remind me to go elsewhere when paying full price for plants halfway through the...
