Highly professional I will recommend this establishment to family as well as friends my overall ratings a 5 ā the staff is over all very humble as well your treatment the vehicle is excellent exceeded my expectations! This review was at time of purchase 1 year ago! So I edited, to make an update one year later. From the time I purchased my vehicle, I experienced a problem as many would buying the used vehicle comes with replacing some.Things. This is one year later. 07/11/2025 and I wanted to share an update. From the point that I purchased my vehicle, my number one recommendation would be to get the highest graded warranty package and make sure you get an extended warranty with any used car from any dealership! Beyond that, I was very impressed by the owner when I came back to the shop with the very serious issue. I was experiencing with my vehicle. Although it was a lengthy process and getting certain things fixed. I was very satisfied with the results.I had an opportunity to meet the MOE a young man. Who just got back? In business from a serious hospitalization. When I explained the issue with my vehicle, his First Words were no problem. Whatever you need, we will take care of it. And if we can't take care of it, we will replace your vehicle. Well, come to find out my vehicle did have a very serious problem. But as he assured me, he took my vehicle back, he made sure it was optimally fully functional and road ready from that time it took me a year to write this secondary post, because I wanted to see if my vehicle weathered, the storm and drove properly as I can say, I am impressed because most use dealerships can sell you a vehicle but how many use dealerships we'll say if you are not satisfied. Bring your vehicle back and we will fix it for you. Mines came with a big price and MOE fixed my vehicle. It has been running favorably ever since he has restored my faith in purchasing used vehicles. I appreciate stop & go !!! Absolutely šÆ i hope you find this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrove from RI to CT for a vehicle that seemed like a really good deal. I texted all week and got quick responses. I even got proactive and got pre-approved for a loan using the vin advertised for the vehicle. It was advertised as having no recorded accidents. Pictures were mint. On the day of my ride to this place, I decided to give them a call before I drove there to make sure they were open normal business hours as there was a pending snow storm. When I called, they said they would be closing an hour earlier than normal, which was understandable. Then I asked them about the vehicle to confirm it would be available for a test drive. They put me on hold and then told me it was sold. I said, "Really? I've been texting someone on and off all week because I could only get up there on a Saturday and even got pre-approved for a loan on it. Then they told me to hold on, then they got back on the phone and confirmed that we were talking about the same vehicle, which we were. Then the guy asked if I was a different person and I said no, that's not my name. So i got frustrated and asked is the vehicle sold or not because I'm not going to waste your time please don't waste mine. The guy said just come down. I said is it sold? And he said no you can come down. But he wasn't convincing and that red flag should have been enough for me to realize that this was to GOOD to be true. I drove down there (almost a 2 hour ride) and found the car near a fence. It didn't have any sales paperwork on it and it had clearly been in a wreck. The color was distinct, but I still double checked the vin number to make sure I was not mistaken. It was filthy inside. The pictures they posted of this vehicle were misleading. I was so upset. I drove right off the lot. I had no one intentions of speaking with anyone there, let alone giving them my time or money. These people do not seem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe recently got a vehicle through them. The day we went, everything was good. Vehicle had a couple sensors on the dash so they said they would fix it. Took almost an entire month to get the vehicle. We were told vehicle was ready for pick up twice. First time we got right down the road and they called saying i had to wait till Monday so they can replace the battery with a new one. Monday strolls along and I finally get a text right before closing saying it was ready for pick up again. Drive all the way out there, wait 40 minutes while they are replacing the battery they told me was replaced and in the process it must have reset all the codes on dashboard again because 3 out of the 4 codes were back on. We refused to take the truck off the lot till the codes were properly fixed. A week later we were told we could pick it up. The vehicle has many small issues that we didnāt know about. Engine ticking, misfires... just random little things. We had it about 3 maybe 4 days. While driving it, one of the calibers locked. I was told the braking system was replaced since the brake sensor was one of the codes. They replaced just the brakes! Nothing else. Left the old clips all bent up. I contact them and ask what they can do. No reply. So I went and bought the caliber myself and we installed because waiting on them wouldāve been a whole extra week that we donāt have the time to wait. I finally hear back from them and I explain we replaced ourself because we had no waiting room, asked if they can reimburse me for the money since I still have the receipt and I never heard back from them. That was over a week ago. This place is shady. Thatās all I have to say. Oh, and our vehicle was listed for $4200 on the website. They gave the finance company $6500. I just found that out. So now Iām paying an extra $1300 more than the lot price!! I wish I had noticed that before signing...
