Audio Depot - Car Audio & Alarm — Local services in Eastampton Township

We recently had them install a BOSS car radio in our 2012 Honda Civic. After a few months, one of the buttons started sticking this was more a manufacturing issue than anything else, so we contacted the manufacturer, and they upgraded us to the latest version of this radio. Of course, they said that this would be simple plug-in play, however, this was not the case. This had a completely different wiring harness And a GPS rather than an antenna. As a matter fact, the only wire that could be replaced in the audio cable. I called audio Depot and told them what my situation was. They asked me to bring it by so that they could see if they could replace the wiring harness with one that matches this new model. I asked him how much it would cost, and he said he would give me a replacement harness for no cost since we already had it installed by them. I was very grateful for this, as this wasn’t really their issue at all. When I got there, I realize that it was going to be much more complicated than just replacing a wiring harness as it was just completely different., I went back in and explained what I was seeing, and told them that I would have no issue paying them as this is significantly different. The guy came out to my car and disconnected all the wires and brought it inside the shop. He had to completely replace and but splice most of the wires to the new wiring harness . He then showed me what I would need to do to connect everything and explained how and why. He never mentioned anything about me paying for any of his time. I thanked him abundantly for his above and beyond customer care and told him I’m absolutely writing them a five star review! These guys are great and they do fantastic work for a fair price. And they’re not just looking to gouge customers and snatch up more of their money when things go wrong. You guys...

I've been dealing with the Audio side since the late 90's and already felt like part of the family. Amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable, great products and always willing to help where they can. James is the installer, and this dude knows his stuff..

Now, thanks to the Vape side that has been added, I'm officially no longer a smoker. I have Mike, Alicia, and Jake to thank for guiding and assisting me with choosing the right mod, tanks, and even juice (Jake recommended a particular juice that I tried and have not looked backb from. Lol).. There's a reason smaller places such as this, survive the rough patches in the economy.. The entire crew, even Rick,( Haha.. We wuv you Rick!) all understand that they're doing more then just offering a product, they're selling great customer service, even beyond the sale. Keep up the great work...

True professionals. Price came to a but more than the original estimate....worth it?.... heck yeah! Installer James noted the excessive rattle problem throughout the car and eliminated it all. And had to alter to allow room for new mid range door speakers.

Suggested upgrade for what I asked hit the nail on the head. I was limited because of the car's head unit integration and being a hybrid... and with not much work around possible.... they made the sound amazing. I now have a concert in the car. The 10" JL Audio sub was a great call. New mid ranges in the front crystal clear at high levels. And they did not over sell me on what I didn't need.
