Dollar General — Local services in Eastlake

I usually go to this location since it is closer. Most of the time, this location is out of stock of a lot of things I usually need. The staff is very friendly and nice!

Since COVID, there has been a sign up requiring masks, no one should be allowed service if they walk into the store with no mask. I understand asthma. That’s understandable, BUT if people come in and don’t wear it they should be asked to wear a mask or leave. I wear a mask 8-12 hours with a shield.!! We should be able to hold people in this community accountable to follow store rules!! If elderly people can wear it in the store and kids then adults should too.!! No excuse.! That should be...

My 8 year old approaches the register with me directly behind her. The cashier rudely greets her/us . The water bottle my daughter was so excited to purchase did not have a tag. The cashier refused to sell us the water bottle because we would not go hunt down a tag in an isle that was lined with overstock and boxes over flowing the top of the carts they are on. If she would have been polite upon us reaching the register we would of happily obliged. Instead we left with out purchasing something my daughter wanted because she didn't want to do her job. I shop here all the time. Most of the employees are pleasant, except one. The other day the cashier looked at me disgusted, asked me “What happened to your face? Do you have some disease, or like chicken pox?” I wish I was making this up. I have acne. It was unbelievably rude and disrespectful especially since it’s literally MY FACE.
