I needed a new phone but had been putting it off. Since I've always dealt with MetroPCS and was in the neighborhood, I decided to stop in this store. I am so happy and relieved that I did! I came in on two different days. Both times I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. At the first visit it was just me being waited on. I was given the time and opportunity to make a informed decision by the kind customer service agent (Amir)who patiently answered my questions. When I returned in follow up a couple of days later, no Amir. This time I met Louie, who was engaged with a couple in-store customers and also speaking with service personnel over the phone. Yet he managed to acknowledge my presence with a smile. I'm easygoing so it was no problem with me waiting until it was my turn. Again most excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store. But there’s a guy who works there last month I tried to pay the bill and said he was with a customer. Took for ever too pay the bill, so this month I called on 5/12/21. He answered the same guy told me to call back in a half hour I’m with a customer. So I waited called back no answer. So I called today on 5/13/21. They opened at 10:00 no answer so finally at noon the same guy answered the same guy from last night.
