I went into ace hardware in Easton. Ma. With a shower head and the neck still in the ace packaging and told the man working That my land lord bought the items for me but I already bought a better one not knowing where he bought the items I asked if there was any way he could give me credit towards a powerwashing tip....not to mention 3years ago the woman with blonde hair probably near 50 years of age left over 10,000$ from the weeks drop on the front desk no one insight front doors open as I was a sub contractor for gabereli construction I walked in and looked around everywhere even yelled no one answered. .So on my time I stood at the front where the envelope of cash was and handed it to the woman.. I brought it up because they where so extremely rude to me all I was looking for was a head for my washer she wouldn't look me in the eyes and called me a liar... The customer service is spot on! Greeted at the door with a cheerful hello, we headed to the garden center area. We must have looked perplexed, because we were immediately asked if we needed assistance from the general manager. My husband and I went in looking for an edge trimmer to deal with grass near gardens, but the trimmer we sought is no longer made. The GM walked us through our options and even opened a boxed battery-operated trimmer to show us the weight and ease of use. We were happy with the instructions he gave, and bought the trimmer. I have to say, it was our happiest landscaping purchase because to-date - the trimmer is safe, works great, and we got personalized instructions for it's use and...

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get a special gift home in time for the weekend.

First there was a lovely young lady that helped me find what I was looking for (a new grill). I was attempting to bring the grill home as a gift. As two staff members tried to get the grill in my car we realized it wouldn’t fit. At that time, one of the friendly Ace staff members arrived with his truck and offered to help. The staff loaded the grill and delivered it directly to my home. It’s so wonderful to know there are people out there that still want to help others.
