She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions patiently. I appreciated her attention to detail and her focus on making sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the entire session. By far one of the best services I’ve had for hair removal! Ellen was so kind, patient, and understanding even though I was running a bit late. Most of all it was so relaxing! It was a sugaring service, but she took the time to give a little mini massage at the end while working in the postbalm, which was so nice. I’m definitely used to being waxed fast and then it’s time to leave, but not with Ellen, she takes her time and creates a soothing atmosphere. She’s very gentle and used amazing smelling products. This was hands down the best Brazilian sugar I’ve ever had—an easy 12/10 experience. Everything just kept getting better throughout the appointment. First of all, she is such a lovely and skilled professional. I’m a big baby when it comes to waxing, but this was the least painful Brazilian I’ve ever gotten. She was incredibly gentle and attentive.
