I rented the facility for my daughters graduation party, Susan charged me $800 for a 5 hour party, then $700 damage deposit. At the end of the party she came over to check everything, said everything looked wonderful. As we were leaving she mentioned a grease stain on the floor from the caterer and I offered to clean it and she told me she would take care of it that everything was fine. 24 hours later she sent me an email stating that she had to bring professionals in to clean it and was not returning my deposit. There were already grease stains on the floor from previously so she put a Matt down where our food was so it wouldn’t be exposed. The floor is bare concrete and would clean up fine with dawn dish soap and simple green. She stated she wouldn’t allow me to clean it because I would ruin her concrete floor. She is trying to make fast money buy ripping people off. I will be filing a claim in small claims court. All the good reviews are from family members. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. High priced and a rip off. Kind of funny how she is having family members add 5 star comments to off set the negative comments. I know this family, I went to high school with the owners sister and this is why I chose this facility. It is very clear that she does not want to admit that she is ripping me off and is having people all of a sudden right all these reviews because she doesn’t...

As a Wedding Photographer, I loved how easy it was to work at this Venue. The Venue space is beautiful with large windows and high ceilings giving a ton of natural sunlight and space. Outside was well decorated with multiple photo options for a diverse photo gallery.

It is the perfect hidden gem. Susan took care of almost everything behind the scenes, and if any issues came up, I never knew about them-because she handled it all with grace and ease. Her calming presence allowed me to fully enjoy every moment without stress.

The venue itself is stunning. It has the most dreamy rustic charm that brought my childhood wedding dreams to life. Every little detail, from the layout to the ambiance, felt like it was made just for us. Her staff was professional, kind, and completely on top of things the entire day.
