I spent over $11,000.00 on new furniture and rugs from Johnsons furniture and every piece has some type of melted spot or blemish, there's even a melted hand print in my dresser that you couldn't see from the showroom but only at an angle from regular lights . There furniture man came and made many many pictures to show "FRANK"...they do NOT stand behind their furniture and will not correct anything after all the money I spent. The furniture is evidently low quality that appears with name brands like Paul Deen and Largo. FRANK..wont even call me back after attempts to contact him fro months on end. ...SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE TRULY SORRY THAT AN INVESTMENT FOR YEARS TO COME, WONT EVEN LAST A YEAR! VERY ANGRY AT THEIR DISRESPECT AND LOW QUALITY and ..especially that they refuse to even answer the phone or return your recalls, I've heard EVERY EXCUSE, then finally Jody said well we aren't going to do anything..sorry.. I am very embarrassed that I was made a fool of thinking I was paying for quality furniture, but got low quality and NO service...

Our experience shopping here was great! Jody was so helpful. When my couch and chair came, there was a defect in the chair, but I didn't say anything. I am not the type to complain. Three months after we gor our new furniture, the chair was pilling on the arms and in front. I called and spoke to them and they said that's normal. Excuse me. It might be normal for you, but this chair is poor quality. He said that the next time they were in this area, they would pick it up and SHAVE it.

If I had wanted poor quality furniture that I was going to have to shave, I would have gone to a cheapy furniture store. I spoke to him (I think Steve) on June 6. I have not heard from anyone at all. I know they have been in this area. I would be careful when purchasing...

They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! So friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a new home and needed furniture for almost every room. They helped me with every decision - the type of furniture that would work best in each space, the style that would look best with my house's aesthetic, what size would fit in the space and be proportionate to scale, what fabric options would coordinate, etc. Details I would have never been able to decide on without their help. I couldn't be happier with my furniture and my overall experience. I live in Birmingham and it was well worth the drive for the service as well as the prices. And delivery was free! I've already referred family...
