First time I ate there over a year ago, I got the worst cut of steak I've ever had and left hungry after spending hard earned money. Tonight decided to give them a second chance. My wife ordered for pickup as I listened across the room. Anyways she picks up our order, my burger is plain instead of as ordered, luckily i was able to dress it at home. No tartar sauce for her fish, instead of extra crispy her fish was extra soggy and not edible. Don't even know how her sons Hamburger steak plate was though the grand daughters was dressed even though it was supposed to be plain because they left with them headed home before he checked his. My wife called to let them know that 3 out of 4 orders at a minimum were wrong and the lady proceeded to argue about what she ordered and what she got at which time my wife hung up, once she calmed down she called back and was met with condescension and ineptitude by the same lady and she hung up again and decided it just wasn't worth it. Regardless I believe everyone deserves a second chance but I'm not a fan of third chances. We will not spend our money there again and we will tell others of...

Great customer service! Greeted and seated promptly. They have nightly specials. Wonderful salad bar with chopped iceberg lettuce or a fresh spring mix. Lots of toppings to add like olives, okra, carrots, ham, chopped eggs, cheese, etc. Macaroni salad, coleslaw, pineapple chunks, peaches, etc. Numerous appetizers. Steaks, pork chops, chicken, catfish (whole and filets). Check out their online menu for a full list. We chose the fried mushroom appetizer and the 8 oz ribeye ( it comes with the salad bar and 1 side) and a baked potato. The mushrooms were hot and crispy. Huge basket. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked as requested. The baked potato was hot and fluffy. Served with whipped butter and sour cream on the side. There was also a tasty little roll. They also have desserts but we were so full, we didn’t have any room. We had to get to go boxes for our leftovers since the portions were so big. Overall a wonderful meal. The customer service is great- from the owner, to the hostess, waitstaff and the servers....

I'll start by saying that they did eventually say they were having an off night with the kitchen staff, so I might try them again, but my first experience here wasn't good. Arrived at 7 and had to wait 30 min to be seated, but that's pretty normal for a busy restaurant, and they were busy. Ordered a steak with fries and Mac n cheese. My other ordered the catfish fillets with okra and a baked sweet potato. Food didn't arrive until 8:40 they close at 9. Not only was it kind of lackluster, but it was also missing items. "Sorry we ran out of sweet potatoes" " sorry we forgot to cook your okra" "sorry we forgot your Mac n cheese". After all the hype it was pretty disappointing to sit through honestly, and im leaving plenty out simply cuz i dont want to seem like im bashing the place.
