The value of a business stretches far beyond the cost of their services. I’ve seen several deer processing operations in and around the area come and go but none have been as fair, clean, or dedicated to the community. The family that owns this business are truly good southern folk. They frequently donate to hunters for the hungry, which should say enough on its own. They strive for clean & healthy conditions to the degree that I’ve never seen the business in any condition other than pristine. And the products are the pinnacle of this review. The jerky is delicious and the summer sausage is better than any you’d find in a store.

When we pull up Dave was standing at the tail gate of the truck looking at it, and i said what's wrong, he hollered open the tail gate. The buck was on a tarp too keep the truck cleaner, he grabbed the tarp and pulled the deer out on the ground and thought it had broken the antlers. He ask what we wanted to do with it and i said donate it too Feed The Hungary which was on the sign out front, he said we don't do that anymore and they threw the deer back in the truck with no tarp and told us to leave now..
