recently purchased my 2nd washer from this place. I purchased the 1st one 2 years ago with a 1 yr warranty and right after the warranty expired it messed up, paid closed to $300 for it. Then it was time to get another one and called them again, and this time around it messed up with in two weeks. The stupid washer flooded my garage ruining so many items I had inside. Called them and they're never available. These place used to treat people with respect and now they're rude and argumentative. When I told the about what had happened they said " well ma'am you knew what you were buying"!. I so regret buying it from this place and my suggestion is spend a little more and buy it new.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

ENTIENDO QUE POR SER USADOS LOS PRDUCTOS EXISTE EL RIESGO DE COMPRAR UN PRODUCTO DEFECUOSO, PERO SI EL PRODUCTO SALE DEFECTUOSO A LAS DOS SEMANAS DE QUE SE ADQUIRIO, Y N VEZ DE AYUDA, DAN AL CLIENTE UNA ACTITUD GROTESCA, ESO, NO SE VALE, MUCHA FALTA DE PROFECIONALISMO. DEVI HABER APRENDIDO CON LA PRIMERA COMPRA CHAFA QUE HIZE, NO ME VUELVE A PASAR.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I Purchased a refrigerator that broke down with in a week of purchase. They kept saying the would send someone to repair it and it took them a month for them to come to look at it. I was told they would replace it and i did go into the store to see the refrigerator they were going to replace it with. I was told it just needed to be cleaned and they would take it to my house yet they never did. The customer service is the worst this people have an additude problem. I took them to court and I didn't even get 1/2 of what I paid for this refrigerator back. So just save yourself the trouble and time and don't purchase anything...

El 29 de Diciembre me entregaron un refrigerador y no me lo terminaron de instalar por que les faltaba una manguera y por los días festivos cerrarían pero me dijeron que vendrían el primer Lunes de Enero y claro que nada, yo fuí y recogí la manguera y resulta que la tuve que adaptar yo por que ellos ya no quisieron venir por que Hidalgo es muy lejos para ellos, resulta que al conectarla el agua se empieza a tirar sin que uno le oprima al agua, les llamo y les digo y pues quedaron de venir y cada día que les hablo le hechan la culpa al técnico que no fué a trabajar y luego que el hijo del mismo está enfermo al otro día ya no es el hijo es la esposa que está grave y hoy resulta que las camionetas están descompuestas y solo una funciona y le digo al hombre que entonces que atrasados están con trabajos por que yo e estado esperando desde Diciembre y nada que vienen, y quiero hablar con el dueño y dicen aaaa esque está de viaje o justo mañana sale de viaje , quisiera saber quién es la persona responsable para que me hable por teléfono y si no pues ahora si para dar el siguiente paso por que ya me cansé de mentira tras mentira y decidí poner este review por que la esposa del dueño los lee y si le dice y ya el habla al cliente muy enojado claro pero habla y es como se resuelven las cosas con ellos por que todos se vuelven...
