Dollar General — Local services in Edinburgh

The only thing that I wish that the dollar store had more of is they get the seasonal out real early and everybody gets it before you can because they have money and maybe you're on Social Security disability and you only get money at a certain time you know like I bought these lights that are looks like a light bulbs are different colors and you set them out and their sun you know the sun lights them up at night and I only have got four I mean you know that's what I'm talking about I wish that they could order more things like that supplies so that you know we are able to get it around the holidays but other than that I have no problem with the dollar store they're very nice people in there they took real good good care of me if I ask them we're not miss they're kind enough to show me where it's at or tell me their friendly and courteous and I don't have a...

Horrible and terrible customer service, I actually applied to this place and they are so unorganized it's unbelievable. I first got a call saying that they couldn't find my information and I thoroughly filled out everything they sent to my email and mind you this was a month after everything was completed. I then had to stop in to buy some things and ran into the manager (bob) and he said oh I found your information just waiting on background check. I had already found a job due to their lack of timely manner. I don't think people are willing to wait over a month to get a job at the dollarstore for God's sake.... Not to mention the service there is not...

I went into the store it was filthy it stunk the bathroom was NASTY... you're supposed to wear a mask in the store no one was wearing a mask that work their the worker's complained about it, no one used hand sanitizer that was there for them to use all they did was complain about it. All the worker's there did nothing but complain. I had never experienced this before at that store. There I was looking for something and only one person offered to help me because I found her the only thing that she did was tell me where product was she didn't even take me and show me. I have never seen a very lazy group of people working at the store ever.
