I was on my way back from Houston heading to Edinburg when my 2007 dodge Ram 2500 diesel had a bearing lock up in the tensioner pulley and the belt came off and wrapped around the fan , luckily I was close enough to the T/A in Ganado Tx . to get it in the parking lot so my 18 yr old daughter wouldn’t have to be in the texas heat, I asked the cashier if their were any auto parts store in the area and was told Napa was about a 5 min drive or a 30 min walk , well I called Mike at Napa and he had a new pulley and belt tensioner assembly , and I asked him if there was any way I could get it delivered to me at the T/A and he asked if I could have the exact amount or pay with card on the phone , I told him I had cash and would have the correct amount , I walked back out to my truck to get some change , and he pulled up next to my truck with the part , less then 5 min . It was a perfect fit and 30min later I was back on the road .
