I was greeted with enthusiasm and smiles as soon as I walked in. Buzzed through the door and greeted again. š Assistance was offered but I already had an order in. They grabbed my order and asked if I had any questions. We talked about preferences, what we have tried and havenāt tried, what we liked best and what not so much. Checked out (with coupons and discounts) and was out the door.
Everyone is knowledgeable about the products they sell. š Iāve had a great experience with everyone who works here and they are super friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there.
Their app and rewards program is the absolute best I have come across. The app runs so smooth and it is easy to use. š„° Oh⦠canāt forget the coupons! There are so many coupons š so check them out. Everyone loves a sweet deal!
They accept cash and debit and have an ATM. They also donāt charge a service fee when you pay with cash. This blew my mind when I purchased from another dispensary in the area. š¤Æ

My visit to Ivy Hall deserves to be recognized especially because of the awesome service I received from Gina. From the moment I walked in, Gina was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find exactly what I needed. She didnāt just push popular strains.. (love that) She actually listened to what I was looking for and guided me through all the options with patience and expertise. Every recommendation was honestly so spot on. What really stood out was their passion for cannabis, felt like a friend rather than a customer atp. You can tell she cares not just about making a sale, but about educating customers and helping people find the best experience possible. She explained terpene profiles, effects, and even how different methods might change the experience. It felt like a personalized consultation rather than a typical transaction. I left feeling confident in my purchase and the product did not disappoint. Huge shoutout to Gina, I discovered a new favorite strain and a new favorite dispensary. However tonight, 9/4/25 @ 8:40 in Edwardsville that completely changed. Upon Ivy Hallās grand opening the first round of 100? customers received keychains until sold out. We were told you can get $5 off your in-store purchase with said keychain if you show it or have it present. The last two visits weāve had problems with employees ā forgettingā or simply not wanting to apply it without explanation. Tonight my partner politely asked if he could receive his $5 discount again? It was an Employee with brunette hair at the counter. She said she couldnāt apply it, tried again and it worked the second time. The employee decided to inform my partner ā to not get upset and that the manager dealt with a rude customer earlier and will gladly put him in his place if need be ā, over him asking if the employee if she could apply it to his order. An explanation is better than being completely rude. I donāt really appreciate that type of customer service or forms of threats from management. It was upsetting and disrespectful. I honestly would like to speak with someone about it because it genuinely...
