love what they all have to offer, but certain issues have arise over the past few years. my son has been on the rec basketball and every year i have noticed the teams are extremely uneven and our practice times are immensely limited due to favoritism towards certain peoples. we will not have any practices for a whole month which is ridiculous and appalling whilst other teams i know of get to have practice every week. it is not practical to have third and fourth graders ONLY option to be two practices given being at 8:15pm on a school night. this happened last year as well. it seems to be if you know someone they will give your team more privileges. they also have very young teenagers do the evaluations which does not help. another thing is, do not sign your children up for the summer Stem camp. two years in a row my son was treated not nice by the instructor along with other children complaining about her behaviour towards them. this past summer was a waste honestly as they did not really make any thing and the supplies they were given, were very limited and cheap. for what we pay, we should have a more educational...

This community center of Egg Harbor Township is always vibrant and teeming with activities. It is also home to cygnus arts (for those who likes to improve their theater and/or performance arts....acting, dance, instrument playing). They occupy one wing of the center. Lots of rooms for different activities. Registration is done every season and online. And can be done also in person to the front desk. Make an account online and register your houshold. And any activities you are interested in will tell you if that is age appropriate for you or the member of your household. Busy in the morning for the elder adults in the community. They have their social activities in. Then it will be teeming with the young members of the community in the afternoon. There will be basketball, karate, dance, wrestling. Great place offering lots of activities and sports for adults and kids. We have been coming to the Rec center for years. All the instructors and coaches have always been very nice (except one). There's also a small playground outside for the kids to play on. I do wish there was a bit more parking, and it is frustrating that people are always parking in the handicap places that do not have a handicap placard or plate, but that's not the Rec Center's fault.
