Finally found a great handyman service! Fluff the Handyman is fairly priced, honest, great communication, and does the job right. Owner Aaron "Fluff" Miller is friendly and professional. Louis did our work and is friendly, efficient and a great problem solver. They put insulation in my attic, shaved down several stuck doors, and fixed a crank handle window that other handymen services told me would need to be replaced. I wanted thicker insulation that was included in my quote, so Aaron got it and charged me only for the difference in the insulation cost, no tacked on extra fees. When the new window handle was installed as designed, the window would not shut all the way because the house had settled and the frame was crooked. Louis did not leave it there; instead he figured out how to shift the handle so that the window shut all the way. I was not home for the first visit, and wanted the doors shaved down a little further and some additional spots in the attic insulated and Aaron had Louis do everything to my satisfaction when he came back to fix the window. No additional charge beyond the cost of the additional insulation needed, no argument, no trouble at all. Just a team taking pride in doing the job right! I had to wait several weeks for Fluff to fit me in for a visit to give me a quote, and you usually have to wait after that to get the work done but it is absolutely worth it. You won't get a lot of chat while you are waiting for your quote because Aaron focuses on tons of communication with the jobs he is working on. Don't worry, they will show up and be there on time. My wife and I hired Aaron, aka Fluff, to install and paint new interior doors and closets, fix a bathroom fan, fix a leaking sink, and do some outdoor painting on our balconies. Aaron took care of ordering all supplies and having it delivered. Through the entire process, I found him to be extremely communicative. He kept me updated on when he would arrive, leave and sent pictures of the progress. Aaron answered any questions I had immediately. When small issues arose, he handled it and I never had to worry. Aaron treats the customer like they’re a family member. He is very concerned that his customers are satisfied. It is obvious that Aaron takes pride in his work. Fluff (Aaron) came highly recommended via Facebook so I checked out his website and saw his high rating there too. I decided to reach out because of the high ratings and asked for an estimate on some work that I needed around the house. (2 ceiling fans needed to be installed, an exhaust fan and hardware installed into a bathroom and fixing a gap between my front door and frame) Aaron was quick to respond and gave me an estimate that I was satisfied with.
