Very nice boat, kayak and canoe launch with ample parking and bathrooms. Pay kiosk/attendant at entrance for launch, inspection and parking fee.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people.

I was fine with paying the fee to get in, but they didn't have any signage about parking or grilling rules. An incredibly rude employee, who didn't identify himself as an employee, pulled up in a sedan and yelled at us for carrying coals. I guess then called the police on us, but since we going anything wrong the cop was polite and left.

We got back to the car to find we had a ticket for "obstructing traffic" even though we parked in line with all the other cars in the very large and very empty lot. They had given everyone in line a ticket, even though there was no traffic to obstruct. We plan on contesting the ticket since there was no proper signage.

We are a quiet, small group of people that wanted to sit at a picnic table, grill some food, and have a nice afternoon. If you're looking to do the same, I recommend going...

I went there to rent a boat with my family “2 kids, my wife , and my father in law” …No body was at the register at the beginning , After going back and forth, I found the one in charge “James” sitting on his phone outside. And when he came in he was upset that he got off his phone!!! I wanted to rent the patio boat as it is more safe for the kids , but he refused to let us rent this type saying that we should rent the smaller one as “he is not comfortable giving us the larger boat” He was so rude and disrespectful.. and I tried to convince him that we have kids , it will more safe to rent a boat with the fence and sun shade top instead of the small motor boat!!! No manager on site to speak with … Only him and deal with it … I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t go...

Interaction with 2 different attendants, both extremely rude. Scolded us like children for even asking where we could launch our kayaks, oh and you have to pay $7 parking fee + $6 inspection even if you wanted to just drop a tube in the water. The way they treated us, I figure they clearly didn't want our money so we decided to go somewhere where they didn't have a stick up their rear. If you haven't already memorized their inspection process manual, better...
