I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people.
I was fine with paying the fee to get in, but they didn't have any signage about parking or grilling rules. An incredibly rude employee, who didn't identify himself as an employee, pulled up in a sedan and yelled at us for carrying coals. I guess then called the police on us, but since we going anything wrong the cop was polite and left.
We got back to the car to find we had a ticket for "obstructing traffic" even though we parked in line with all the other cars in the very large and very empty lot. They had given everyone in line a ticket, even though there was no traffic to obstruct. We plan on contesting the ticket since there was no proper signage.

No manager on site to speak with … Only him and deal with it … I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t go...

Scolded us like children for even asking where we could launch our kayaks, oh and you have to pay $7 parking fee + $6 inspection even if you wanted to just drop a tube in the water. The way they treated us, I figure they clearly didn't want our money so we decided to go somewhere where they didn't have a stick up their rear. If you haven't already memorized their inspection process manual, better...
