I was shopping for a mattress for my daughter when I came across BoxDrop. I saw that they had competitive prices so I thought it would be worth the drive for me. When I arrived I met with Dan, who had a wealth of product knowledge. His prices were very affordable allowing me to buy a quality mattress at a great price. I left with my purchase of a Queen mattress. My daughter enjoyed her mattress so much that I returned to buy another queen size for another room. Some time had passed before I spoke with Dan again at which time I explained to him that I was recovering from a recent hip surgery. Dan offered for me to explore another mattress explaining the benefits of a memory foam mattress. Again, Dan provided me with a price too good to pass up and even provided delivery to my residence! After one night’s sleep on the Sapphire Cool Phase Hybrid mattress I was able to benefit from all of its characteristics. As a side sleeper the memory foam contoured around my hip and shoulder rather than it just resting on a flat surface. While laying on my back the memory foam filled the void at the curvature of my lower back. Thanks to Dan this mattress is a game changer for my recovery! Summer nights can be in the 100s where I live so the Cool Phase Hybrid feature will allow me to be comfortable even in the heat. Dan and Karen are awesome. Karen is always so nice and helpful. Dan is super knowledgeable and listens to all your needs and makes sure everyone of them is met. In store, there is a great selection of mattresses, great cooling mattress covers, absolutely incredible 1800 thread count sheets, and couches. I cannot stress how amazing the sheets are, make sure to pick some up. You can pick from a variety of mattresses that are all an incredible value and great quailty. The two mattresses he sold me are both incredibly comfortable and were the literal best value in Phoenix or online. The one that was for me and my wife is honestly the best mattress we've ever had, the fairmount plush. I've spent twice as much on a mattress 10 years ago and it was never a quarter of the mattress this is. For my guest bedroom he got me what he called the "guest room special," the Cavet. It is incredibly comfortable as well and our recent guest raved about how comfortable it was. Dan personally delivered them to my front door, along with taking away my old mattress and all the plastic from them. The whole thing has honestly been a fantastic experience, which is not something I thought I would ever say about mattress shopping. I'm so glad I went to Phoenix Furniture Direct to purchase a Queen Size Mattress set that I really needed badly because one I was using was awful and never got a good night's sleep.
