Im surprised this place has such great reviews, unfortunately, I didn't get the best experience from them. First, I made an appointment with the owner to pay a down payment on May 10 for my furniture and he never showed up. I went to the store the following day to tell him and he didn't remember me so I had to order my furniture and explain to him what I wanted again. Second, we made an appointment to pick up my furniture a few days later, and I had to call him several times until he picked up and said he was on his way (one hour later) and when he gets there, he tells me that he doesn't have the full set, and my headboard broke. Then, he offered to take the remaining items to my house when they arrived. Getting home every piece of furniture was scrapped and chipped on the sides and on top of that my full body mirror didn't even work. I let him know and he told me wed switch out the furniture. about a week and a half later I hear from him again and he sends two people to bring my furniture, forgets to bring me 3 pieces of furniture I ordered until I reminded him. A week later, the same two people brought me the 3 pieces of furniture I ordered but the chips on the furniture were even worse this time so I told him I wanted my money back and he can take the furniture, he never replied. POOR QUALITY /CHEAP MATERIAL HIGH PRICES!!!! I purchased two sets of vanity’s and they arrived chipped the light switches stopped working a couple days after I purchased the items! The shelves broke when I tried moving the vanities poorly painted and you can see that they glued the shelves on just horrible all together! The only decent thing is the chairs that come with the vanity. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! My purchase being nine months ago does not change the fact that they were cheaply made! Based off of a lot of comments it being replaced would have made no difference at all. If they are arriving like this from the warehouse the problem should be addressed prior to arrival you should inspect your furniture before...

Very unprofessional, I had order a Vanity back at the beginning of February, arrived 2 months after I order it, half of it was damaged, I was told I was going to get a replacement in 2 weeks, its been 1 month and I haven’t gotten any replacement, they keep on telling you they’ll call you when it’ll arrive but you never get any updates, they never answer the phone, I’ve never had an issue like this, at any other furniture store, don’t waste your time here. Lack of communication from staff/very overpriced to be having issues like this. Very disappointed never coming back here nor recommending this furniture...
