Terrible costumer service took me 2 weeks and go there 3 times to get a paper sign so they can drill a hole in a wall in order to have cable, work orders most of the time no one answered the phone. I called about a broken door frame and they told me they have to call the guy who make the house to come and check it out that was over a year ago the lady at the office I believe her name it’s Carol it’s the worst at representing the place always with a bad actitud for some reason, not too long ago they came out with a policy that you aren’t allowed to clean your vehicles in the community and now they want to tow my vehicle that I have no money to fix it and it’s in a parking spot in front of my house where no one park so it’s not on any buddy’s spot but mine. I’m giving 2 stars bc of the guys that come and fix the stuffs are great and fast when some one gets the work order but it usually takes me few hours to place the work order another thing they all speak Spanish but they aren’t allowed to do so bc they get fired my wife it’s the one always at the house when they come to fix something and she doesn’t speak English and it’s difficult for her to communicate with the guys and they speak Spanish but they don’t do it bc they’ll be in trouble bad...

We lived in Aero Vista for almost 3 years. Balfour Beatty was decent to us. Maintenance is a bit slow to respond, it takes forever to get sprinklers turned on. However, everyone is really nice and they are respectful. They contract with GT Construction, who do a shotty job with everything, so construction on the house is hit or miss.
