Security Pros — Local services in El Paso

It all started last week when I was looking into cameras. Then I came across Lorex and I was considering buying a system from Lorex but it was ridiculously expensive the system I was looking at MSRP of $1,799 and no installation included. I decided to get on the contact us page of Security Pros and posted my info. I get a call about 2 days later, maybe cause I filled out the info on a Sunday. Then BJ came by on Wednesday (7/29/2020) and was given a quote that I certainly couldn’t miss out on. Everything was included in this price and yes installation as well for less of the system of Lorex I was considering buying. The installers of Security Pros came to my house on 7/30/2020 at the time I was told and look how neat the job is. I was told that the job could take up to 4 hours. It was installed in less than 2 hours, impressive! I had contacted another company 1 week before I contacted Security Pros, I was told to wait for a call that same day from the other company and it never happened. Thank you to BJ and his crew for a job well done backed by an awesome price. 110% recommended!!!

UPDATE: Decided to add more cameras and a burglar system and spoke directly with the owner BJ, first appointment was on 2/14/2025 and said he will give me a call. The day comes and no call from BJ and no one showed up. Called again to ask what happened and was told that BJ didn’t save my number and that we can setup another appointment for 2/21/2025. BJ said he won’t forget about me. Guess what?! Its 2/21/2025 and no call and no show. So if you already had a system installed or thinking about it, just know they wont care about you afterwards. I cannot give enough praise to BJ and Gabriel (technician) of Security Pros. (Brief back story) My wife and I have just moved into our new construction home and had it pre-wired for security cameras. We had already purchased our camera package, so all we needed was the cameras and NVR to be connected/installed. After not being able to get on the same page as the company that pre-wired the home (I guess they were extremely busy), I started looking for other avenues and sent message to Security Pros on FEB 10th and BJ contacted me and advised that he would be able to do the install on FEB 11th. Gabriel showed up to our home and started working immediately. He asked me to show him where I wanted the cameras mounted and asked to see the camera system. Gabriel worked fast in my opinion and kept the chit chat at a minimum until he was sure the camera system was up and running. Once he verified that everything was working properly, he walked me through operating the Camera's APP settings. (2ND SERVICE REVIEW/ 2/24/2023) Gabriel our tech was super helpful and made the install process super smooth for us as we are moving into our new house. I appreciate BJ as well for being available when we really needed Security Pros. The install was quick and the work was super clean, done by Gabriel! I recommend Security Pros as the best in town.
