I had originally went to "xtreme tint and audio" to get tint and amp/subwoofer install for my 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Long story short there was definitely a problem with the install. Every time I would accelerate passed 1000 rpm the subwoofer would go off . I took it back and was told my car was "too new" therefore they couldn't determine the problem and they refused to issue a refund citing that it was the cars problem and not the install. Stuck and frustrated I decided to try Soho Audio.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted and asked how I could be assisted by Oscar. He went outside with me and heard the issue, he got Duane the owner involved as Duane has been in car audio for 30+ years. They stayed working on it for hours. They asked if I could swing by in the morning as it was getting dark.

As promised I came back and they worked and troubleshot the issue for hours on end. They even contacted a sound engineer in California for assistance. They finally found the issue. For all the hours of work and trouble I was only charged the original quoted price of $30.00.

Throughout the hours of work I got to hang out with the techs and owner, they are very friendly and we quickly built a great rapport. They took their time and it was evident that they care about what they do.

I also ended up purchasing mids and highs, installed for 120. All in all I only spent $150. Not too shabby. I highly recommend anyone looking for stellar customer service and great prices to skip the other places in El Paso and go...

I couldn't recommend this shop more. Went in yesterday without much of a plan on what I wanted. Nik greeted me at the door and I spoke to him briefly about the general concept and he helped me walk through some options before showing me his set up in his car. I was impressed and we started talking numbers with the lead tech Oscar. They were able to get me in right then and completed the installation of a 12in sub and amp in a couple hours. They both were very friendly and treated me as though I'd known them for years. Their work is impeccable and I am beyond satisfied with the result. During the whole process they never tried to up sell me or use any of the usual shady salesman tactics. These guys know what they're doing and are professional and polite. I've already made arrangements to come back for some additional work I want done. The team at Soho Audio is undoubtedly my new exclusive shop for any electrical work I want done on my car. My son got sent here to get his breathalyzer activated. Since October. They've had him back and fourth until today jan 25/ . I brought him today because the judge sent him back. It's closed. So we called the number on window. The 2 gentlemen that answered were very unprofessional . My son expressed how important it was. And the guy showed no Interest in helping him out very careless. So we asked to speak to a supervisor and him and 2 other guys were talking amongst themselves..and the other guy in the back was saying bad words. So I then asked them for there corporate office.
