U.S. Customs and Border Protection - Ysleta Port of Entry — Local services in El Paso

I am a US citizen and cross to go with my girlfriend to visit her family, the Border patrol guys always so rude. About me not havint a passpost, i know it makes there life easy to have one, but i dont need to get an Attitude everytime i dont have one. Then they always have 1 person checking your id or passport, but have 6 peoppe standing in the middle of the bridge, asking to see your id or pass port and those guys ask in a rude way, qhy is there 6 people doing basically nothing under a tent in the middle of the bridge, and only one person checking in and having a long line. Horrible experience in this border. The other ones are way better, especially the people. They told us that something was wrong with someone's paperwork. However, that was a lie they wanted to check our vehicle, and we were surprised to see how they treated us they said we weren't allowed on our phones, and they accused us of having drugs. And they were racially profiling us. And also they wait more than 45 min in the place where they check people's luggage. This is the best place to cross. I lived in Mexico for 10 years. every crossing with Mexico has problems. Still the agents at this crossing where always "matter of fact" with me, so I knew what they wanted, complied, and even was searched a few times, quickly and efficiently. I live in California but would drive to El Paseo to cross! Keep up the good work!
