Justice of the Peace Prcnt 1 — Local services in El Porvenir

Received a citation in the mail the day that it was due! A 18 wheeler ran me and my children off the road and didn’t even stop to see if we were ok, and I’m getting a a citation for that! The highway patrolman stopped and asked if my children and I were ok, took our names and told me to call a tow truck and then left us in the middle of nowhere but never gave me any type of citation or anything and now I have a warrant for my arrest. WOW!!! I’ve called Hudspeth county justice of peace in Sierra Blanca for over two weeks straight to find out what’s going on and no one answers, when I called the other justice of peace they tell me that they don’t have information for that area and I have to call them.. this...

This place will not answer your calls. Don't bother. I've called over 50 times in the last 2 days and I can't get an answer. The voicemail is full, which tells you they don't answer. Good Luck paying your citations or contacting the courts like the paper suggests. I bet they send out warrants no problems and give people failure to respond all the time, just because there is no way to contact them. I even tried paying over the phone at a different number and they say that my citation number is not valid or not in the system. Sounds to me like something fishy is going on....I am going to mail my money order in but I feel that this will bite me later in life because its all unorganized.... Good...

This place is horrible impossible to get someone to answer I faxed in my papers and still got a warrant even tho I faxed it on time they should fire all the staff they have they are good for nothing they have no problem sending out warrants but they will not answer or care if you sent the papers in something fishy I will see if it’s possible to...
