Save A Lot — Local services in Eldon

This is THE 'supermarket' that all the local Mennonite families shop at. The prices are excellent, the selections, while limited, are always a good deal. There are many name brands here, but most of the brands only look like a major brand. However, they are cheaper and have a diffent quality. This is the only place I buy meat, it's fresh and there are lots of "buy more, save more" deals. For the most part, the kids that work there are friendly and efficient. Bring your own bags but if you forget, there are free plastic bags and boxes... You bag...

I bought a large package of hamburger yesterday that said it was 20/80. When I used it, it crumbled rather than hold its shape. The amount of grease that came out of it was absurd. I had tone pour the grease off 3 times. Lousy quality! Will not be buying meat here again and will tell...
