This "Clown" and trust me, this Guy truly is a Joke......a Backwoods, Cousin flirting with Individual. People like this truly belong in a World all of their own. I Paid him to replace the air-conditioning compressor, on my nieces Mini van and the thing "Quite Literally Imploded" within 24hrs............. he also replaced the Radiator and hoses at the same time. When I was finally able to get the vehicle back, to him to have the Warranty work completed he informed myself, that More than likely the Condenser would have to be replaced also because of the DAMAGE caused by the "AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR IMPLODING"............. and besides this Issue, the engine was running HOT šŸ”„ after he had replaced the Radiator, So when I was able to return the vehicle back to his Crappie little Shop, right next to his Crappie little Mobile home. He was "SUPPOSED" to have done a diagnostic on it, to Determine what may have been causing the Engine OVER HEATING issues. And the answer he gave me was that he, was ASSUMING that air had gotten into the cooling system and that was, most likely what was causing the lack of circulation, in the "Engine Cooling System"... "WELL BEING THAT HE WAS THE INDIVIDUAL" that replaced the Radiator & Hoses. It Really doesn't take Much to figure out exactly "Who" was responsible for that, he Didn't properly service the vehicle. I made the Mini van, available to him for "OVER 2 WEEKS" on his property, to where. IF he had completed the Warranty work on the AIR-CONDITIONING System, it should have only taken about 3Days....... And in the End, He refused to tell me about the FACT that the Electrical Wiring related Issues, I was having with the vehicle. "We're Well Beyond" his capabilities, to Diagnose or Repair, and I was also having at this time. What I thought were possibly a Brake Issue, and it turned out to be an internal malfunction with the Transmission....... SOMETHING ELSE HE'S UNQUALIFIED to Diagnose. Sooooooo, in the end he, Never made any attempts to actually do ANYTHING with the Mini Van, except Replacing the IMPLODED AIR-CONDITIONING Compressor and installing a Condenser that I probably, Truly Didn't Need in the First place. The Worst part of this Whole experience, was he felt "NO OBLIGATION" whatsoever to keep the customers, Updated on ANYTHING............ This was After explaining to him if there was ANYTHING he needed from Me, don't Hesitate to Call. Also can you actually Believe, that this BACKWOODS CLOWN Insists on Only be paid by CASH, and REFUSES to accept any other for of payments. Hahaha, šŸ˜† Hahaha, šŸ˜† it would almost be Funny 😁 if it, Truly wasn't So Sad !!!!! He Definitely wouldn't let you use a "Credit Card" because HE'S AFRAID THAT ONCE YOU HAVE YOU'RE VEHICLE RETURNED, you Might Cancel the Transaction.......... Now LET ME ASK a simple question, Nothing Wrong with that, WRIGHT šŸ˜‰ Hahaha, Hahaha, Hahaha, IF ANYONE TRULY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT'S UNWISE, to do Any type of business with the Individual in the future, Please let me invite you to go by his Personal place of Business, and Speak with him yourself seeing is Believing........ 🤔 CLOWNS 🤔 are not just only in the Circuses...

I have been taking each of my vehicles to John Doerr for over 20 years and talked my elderly father into taking his cute pick-up to John, instead of driving 20 miles to take it to a man he trusted. My father was happy with the work and the charges on the work John had done.

I bought my first used car, a Nissan Maxima, from a friend who owned a used car lot. When a problem developed with the a/c, he recommended John to me, saying that he took all his inventory that needed repairs to John. That John was honest, skilled, and prompt; and that he stayed away from the local auto dealer. John fixed the a/c in two days, and it ran fine after that. He also replaced two axel boots and fixed two rear windows whose individual motors failed when they had never been used, and the windows slid down -over a year apart. He suggested that since no one rode in my back seat and I didn't use the windows that rather than replace the expensive motors that he permanently fix a metal bar under the first window so the window would remain in closed position. Later, when the second window motor failed, he did the same thing, charging me $15 each time. I hope I tipped him, as he had to take the inside of the doors off to get this done each time. When my daughter was in college, I gave the Nissan to her and bought a new Chrysler 300. It will be 20 years old next year with 80,000 miles, and the interiior still looks new. (The exterior has a few dings where ppl have hit me in store parking lots.)

I was towed to the local car dealer's lot on a New Year's Day when everything was closed and it was the most bitter cold day of the year. I didn't have the option of being towed to John's shop in another town, as I needed the driver to drop me off at my home. They later told me that one battery cable was bad and had to be replaced, and I had them install a new heavy duty battery. Their charge, with the computer hook-up, was unbelievably high. The car ran, but lights across the dash at night would get dimmer as I drove. Then, the headlights would come on when I turned on the car and go off when I turned off the car; but the light switch no longer works.

So, when John has time, he is going to go over my 300 with a fine toothed comb, replacing all the fluids and looking for electrical problems and anything he can spot that might cause me problems down the road. I don't trust anyone else.

The only reason why there is 1 star selected is because in order to post a review, a star must be selected. This "mechanic" doesn't even deserve one star. I am the niece that was mentioned by my Uncle, Joseph Brown. This mechanic is very rude and hateful when spoken to. I know we are all adults, but the cussing he does is uncalled for. Very unprofessional. This mechanic makes u feel like u are twisting his arm if u need work done on your vehicle. Isn't that what mechanics do? They work on vehicles???? The way he acts, u would think it's some big shop and he was one of the workers. But, no! He's the owner and has nobody working under him. Which is his choice! He kept my van for a week and a half saying that he would work my van in. I called several times throughout the week. Was told that hopefully by the end of the day it would be ready. But, no. He kept my van for another week! I had called several times after that. I only wanted an update. A short, simple, only takes less than 5 minutes conversation. I left voicemails which included my info and phone number. Not one single time did he attempt to call me back. Prior to all of this, I had told this man that I don't have a second vehicle or family/friends that were able to help me with transportation. So, please no unnecessary stuff. Well, a week and a half my van just sat with only warranty work done and charging for things that didn't need done. He was suppose to look at the wiring. His reason was that he didn't have time. But, charged $60 for wiring and transmission? Here is a really awesome one........ He said that he looked up the diagram in regards to the transmission but "they wouldn't tell him anything because it's a KIA". I went home to see what I could find. Guess what? I found the diagram and the name of the part. Even talked to AutoZone and they told me the name! Never again will this man get any business from me! Please do not patronize this place. Unless, u have plenty of money and time to waste. Oh, make sure u have cash!

On another note, I truly have the World's Best Uncle!!!! He goes above and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful that I have him!!!! Just so ya know......... I'm not sharing...
