Family Farms Inc — Local services in Eleva

I picked from this establishment yesterday morning but I had arrived the previous night since they have a small parking space behind the building. In the morning my reefer unit failed to start and after several attempts to jumpstart it I gave up and decided to seek help from this family . After explaining my predicament to the gentleman who was waiting to load me he did not hesitate he called one of their mechanics who came and sorted me out. It’s rare to get this kind of help from shippers most of them wont even give you an ear but this unique gentleman was so polite, friendly and understanding and together with his mechanic they made my heart melt. Scheduled for delivery 11-01 2020 for 8:00 a.m. Arrived the on 10-31 2020. The place was closed but they have a large parking area in back for deliveries, backed into the dock. Parked overnight; they woke me up on the 31st around 10:00 a.m. and promptly unloaded...
