CrossFit Valor has been the best gym experience ever. My first time doing CrossFit here was in September of 2018. I was terrified and intimidated by all of the strong athletes here. Everyone made me feel so welcome and supportive!! Fast forward to Jan 2019 I made a commitment to stick with CrossFit Valor as my gym for working out. It’s honestly been the best decision I’ve made this year. I’ve fallen down many times in my commitment to workout but I’ve always had support from my Valor family. If you can take an hour out of your day to drop in and try a class I promise you won’t regret it. Hands down the best decision I’ve ever made. You will accomplish things you never thought you could. Read moreI started CF Valor around April-May 2019. I am a military officer and ran mostly with some circuit training mixed in. So I wasn’t new to working out or lifting but I was a super beginner at CF workouts and movements. The coaches here are just too awesome to describe in words! They walked me through the movements, helped me increase my stamina so much more than long distance running, and their methods helped me increase strength so much in such a short time! With my running injuries, they even modified my cardio plan to stay on track and keep these inches off! They have completely changed my life and definitely the way I workout. Read moreI’ve been a member at Valor for 4 1/2 years, started with no CrossFit experience at all. At Valor you will never have to worry about not knowing how to do a movement properly and safely before the workout is started. Modifications for all movements/workouts are offered every class which amazes it possible for people of all fitness levels to participate and feel good about their workout. The coaches are amazing, always bring the energy and are very knowledgeable.
