R Family Market & Floral — Local services in Elgin

I visit the R Family Market in Elgin, ND occasionally but mostly do business with Dollar General in Elgin, ND or stores in Bismarck, ND or order online.

As I live in New Leipzig I also occasionally drive to Lemmon, SD which is a 84 mile roundtrip for a much better selection or even Mott, ND.

On April 7, 2021 I made some grocery purchases and asked the cashier "TRAVIS" for 1 lottery ticket each for POWERBALL and MEGA MILLIONS with no EXTRAS.

He handed me the tickets and I folded them up and placed them in my phone wallet without paying much attention as to how many there were.

I left and returned later and was informed by an employee that refunds on lottery tickets cannot be done.

I figured this was the case but wanted them to know that this employee "TRAVIS" had sold me additional tickets I did not ask for and with extras.

If this employee (TRAVIS) cannot give the customer what they ask for then I suggest he needs to be re-trained.

I will not visit this...
