A really nice furniture store!! Walked in their store, was greeted by employee Jackie, which is awesome!! I had forgotten my mask and she kindly provided one. She pointed me in the direction of recliners. Mine broke the day before, so was glad to see they had a huge selection!! I didn't have to look long. I loved the first one I sat in and then saw one that matched my decor even better and actually rocked better. It was sold, but Jackie called their OBX store and they had it. In a few short hours, they delivered my chair, and for a small fee, they removed the broken chair and took it away for disposal. I could not have been more pleased. The staff is friendly but once they have your order they seem to forget about you. The customer is the one that must keep calling to check on the status of the order. It may not be the fault off the staff that furniture is delayed but they should be proactive and keep on top of the order status and then inform the customer what is happening. As it is, you wait for months with nothing said and you wonder if the order may have been mishandled. Good employees...
