I am so suprised and pleased that a florist like Jeffrey's still exists. Their customer service, assortment of arrangements and gifts, prices, and quality of work is the best I have experienced in a very long time. Depending on the type and quantity of flowers, most people know that arrangements can often become expensive when ordering from a florist. Sometimes you might end up paying a substantial amount of money only to receive the mini version of what you saw online with some wilting flowers that was delivered a week after your expected delivery date. Then, you end up talking to a customer service representative that makes you feel like the entire ordeal is somehow not their fault.
Taking these factors into consideration, I was hesitant to order flowers over the phone from another state for a same day delivery for one of my mom's best friends. When I came across the many different options for both online stores and local florists, I wasn't sure if what I imagined in my head was even a possibility. Then I came across the Teleflora's Brilliant Birthday Blooms on the Jeffrey's Greenworld & Florist, Inc., website. The flowers looked vibrant and festive with the cutest birthday themed bowl that could be used as a centerpiece or a lovely addition to any room. I loved the idea of my mom's friend having something she could use again and again for future birthday blooms. The colorful ribbons added that extra birthday touch.
When I called to inquire about the total price and delivery, the customer service representative was so friendly and informative. She was such a breath of fresh air from the representatives I usually deal with on the phone everyday and gave me a piece of that North Carolina charm that I so desperately miss. I couldn't believe that the delivery fee was so affordable and the arrangement could be delivered the same day. I was skeptical at first because of the many horrible experiences I have been through in the past, until I received a photo of the arrangement on my mom's friend's kitchen table the same day as my order. Not only were the flowers fresh and vibrant, but they looked just like the photo online if not better! He promised to further look into this matter and apologized that this incident happened the way it did. He left me with the impression that he and his family truly care about customer service and I feel the matter was resolved. They have earned my future business. The rating has been updated accordingly. My hope is that moving forward, more emphasis is placed on customer service. **

I ordered a flower arrangement from here for my wife, to be delivered on Valentine’s day. _ The flowers arrived on the day and time requested, and in good condition. BUT, the lady who delivered them to my wife's work was extremely rude when she delivered them. She cut in front of a line of customers and told the cashier "I'm supposed to deliver to a name".
