Picked up my half of a slaughtered bull and when I got home went through boxes and and order was not correct. I was given sirloin steaks after being told they would be tough due to being a bull, they told me to go with T-bone and Porterhouse instead. No T-bone nor Porterhouse steaks were provided. Called immediately after checking and spoke with the owner Jeremy, he told me he would check to make sure they didn't miss a box of mine, said he needed 20 minutes to check freezer and that he would call right back. We’ve made two trips out from JC for meat. Today we got two roast beef sandwiches pot stick and a drink for a bit over 7$ they were wonderful even on white bread. Think if they used artisan bread. Next level. Picked up steaks and lean burger. If they are as good as our last ones I can’t wait. I will say that we live within 1/2 mile of the store in JC and don’t buy from it. First impressions are everything. Wife and I (older couple), got out of our car to go in and paused to let a tall young man go ahead of us on the sidewalk out front, he seemed in a hurry. We were one step behind him at the door and he couldn't be bothered to hold door for us just let it swing on us.
