Big Blue Store - Elizabethtown — Local services in Elizabethtown

I used to LOVE coming to Big Blue, there always seemed to be something for everyone, there were people that could help you if you had any questions. Here lately, including today, the store is a mess! Aisles are clogged with boxes of stock, stuff is strewn about, and it seems to take forever to get any help! Today, I picked up two items that were clearly marked on the display at one price, when I went to check out they rang up a different price. I had to take the employee back to where the item was hanging to show them the price that was displayed with plenty of stock under that price not in one place, but in two places! They did give me the item for that price, however when I went back up to the register the person working the register said that that sticker was from last year and she had told them that they needed to change it and still haven't changed it. Very sad that a great business like big blue is going...

Every time I go there, I end up having to pick up my own 50 lb bags of chicken food. Plenty of guys that work there and they just stand there talking with each other. Don't even ask if you need help. Well, sometimes they might after you have loaded what you need. Nope to late now son. So females, if you go and you know you might need help, you may want to go up to one of the guys there and pull them by the ear and drag them where you need help, because they want help unless you ask. It's a shame that my 16 year old daughter...

They have a variety of items. 5/10 times they have what you need as far as household items go. It might be different for farmers or other businesses. The folks working there can usually help you find what you need, the store could be organized better. I went in there one day looking for pc or cpvc stuff one day. When I couldn't find a reducer the fella walked down 3 different aisles with me with no luck. He told me, "yeah we have just enough pvc stuff to piss you off". I laughed and went on...
